• What is included in a concierge-serviced apartment?
  

  Our concierge service provides an elevated living experience designed to cater to your every need. The rates include a bi-weekly maid "refresh" service scheduled between 09:00 & 15:00, ensuring your apartment remains in pristine condition. For those staying 7+ nights, enjoy complimentary access to a fully equipped health club and gym, complete with a pool, sauna, and steam room.
  
  We change your towels and bed linen twice a week and offer complimentary toiletries upon arrival, including mini shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We also provide complimentary bottled water on arrival.
  
  All utility bills, except for the phone, are covered in the rate. Each apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and a washing machine and dryer (please note a few apartments do not have this facility). We also provide tea towels, washing liquid, and a sponge upon your arrival.
  
  For your comfort, all apartments have seasonal air-conditioning/heating and come with complimentary high-speed wireless internet, and a smart LED television. Some apartments also have additional LED TVs in the master bedrooms.
  
  For your peace of mind, we offer a 24-hour reception and security service. Some of our apartments also feature a balcony (though not all have this facility). All these amenities are designed to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

  Yes very suitable, many of our apartments go up to 4 beds

• Is there parking available?

  Yes, there are parking spots for our clients. But please notify us in advance if you require parking, as there are limited spaces and they can get booked up quickly.

• Am I allowed to bring a pet when staying at Sanctums Apartments?

  We appreciate that pets are a part of the family for many but, sadly, we can’t allow pets in our serviced apartments as some of our guests may suffer with allergies or feel uncomfortable around animals.
