Very clean, great size, polite and helpful staff, everything you need to "live" there with such things as a cheese grater, colander, potato peeler, saucepans, plates , bowls, cutlery to dish washer tablets an washing machine tablets. Now stayed again 5 months later and its superb, helpful staff who bring everything up to your room, very helpful manager Michelle is great, very clean apartments and hallways, lifts etc, lots of plug sockets an USB's, well lit rooms, air con, parking in underground car park. Having stayed at a very posh expensive hotel facing big Ben Sanctum Greville road beats them in every aspect from customer service to quality of rooms to cleanliness, staff friendliness and helpfulness and price. Absolutely superb and highly recommended.
