How long can I stay in Sanctum London’s serviced apartments?
There is no limit. Typically our minimum length of stay is two nights, however during the summer this can rise to seven nights.

Why Sanctum London’s luxury serviced flats are better than hotels?
If you are staying for any period longer than a couple of days, staying in a 5 star luxury serviced apartment in London is by far the better choice over a hotel.

Can we cook in Sanctum London’s serviced apartments?
We offer fully equipped kitchens and there are numerous supermarkets nearby in the area.
However, we should say that we don’t offer food options, although this shouldn’t be an issue as there is no shortage of restaurants around any of our serviced apartment locations. Many local eateries are available for delivery to Sanctum London as well. -
Does Sanctum London provide towels?
Yes, we provide towels in the apartment and our house-keeping team will change these for you when conducting maid service in your apartment.

Do Sanctum London’s apartments have balconies?
The majority of our Maida Vale and Regents Park apartments have balconies.
However, the majority of our Belsize Road apartments don’t have balconies, so if you require one please request this when booking. -
Does Sanctum London have a 24hr reception?
Yes, our luxury serviced flats in London have 24 hour security, reception and concierge to assist with anything you may need.

Yes, but this is subject to availability. Please contact us so we can advise on a suitable apartment if you require wheelchair access.

How far is Sanctum London from Central London and how do I get there?
All three Sanctum London properties are located very close to local transport links. The Belsize Road and Maida Vale properties are within 2-3 minutes’ walk of Kilburn Park station, which will take you to Oxford Street within 10 minutes, and Kilburn High Road Overground station, from which you can reach Euston within two stops. From here, all of London is easily accessible.
Our Regents Park property is located within 2-3 minutes’ walk of St John’s Wood station, which connects to Westminster and Waterloo within 10 minutes.
As well as railway links, numerous bus services are available to help you get where you need to go. -
What is Sanctum London’s smoking policy?
Sanctum London has a strict no smoking policy within our apartments in accordance with UK law. Any guest found smoking in the apartment will face an immediate £250 charge and up to a £5000 fine for damages.
Smoking is permitted on your balcony should your apartment have one, however please be aware that any damages will still be charged accordingly. -
Do Sanctum London require a security deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidentals or damages in your apartment. For Sanctum Maida Vale and Sanctum Belsize Road, this amount is £200. For Sanctum Regents Park, this amount is £500. These amounts can vary depending on the length of stay. Deposits can be provided by card or cash, and will be returned to you provided there are no outstanding charges accrued during your stay.

What is Sanctum London’s cancellation policy?
Once confirmed, all bookings are non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable. No refunds are issued for shortening/amending or cancelling of any confirmed booking.
