1. Information We May Collect From You:
a.) When you call, email or WhatsApp to make a booking or enquiry
b.) When you make a booking on our website
c.) When you fill out our registration form on arrival for check-in
d.) When you log on to our WIFI
e.) When you fill out our feedback form on check out
f.) When you visit either of our 2 locations and your image is recorded on CCTV
2. How Your Data Is Used During Our Booking Process:
a.) When you make a reservation for one of our apartments we record personal details which enables us to prepare for your arrival and contact you after your departure. It also allows us to contact you If there are any changes to your booking, prevents fraud or loss and enables us to recognise that you are a repeating guest. Details we store are as follows:
- Your contact details and address
- Ages of all guests occupying the apartment
- Personal requests, such as wheelchair access
These details are stored on our booking system for a period of 5 years.
3. On Arrival:
a.) When you arrive at Sanctum London for the check in process we request a copy of your ID and we request to view the card that the booking was processed with which must match the ID. We also request you fill out a registration form with your contact details. We store these details for one year as per UK regulations. A performance deposit is also required on arrival, this may be in the form of a credit card preauthorisation.
4. Data Security:
a.) We do not sell mailing lists to 3rd parties or disclose your information to other companies and maintain strict measures to keep your personal information secure.
You have the right to request for your data to be deleted or request details of your personal information in which case you can contact us on marketing@sanctum.london
5. Cookies:
a.) We also use Google Analytics to monitor how the Sanctum London site is used. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and generates reports detailing information such as the number of visits to the Site, where visitors generally came from, how long they stayed on the Site, and which pages they visited. Google Analytics places several persistent cookies on your computer’s hard drive. These do not collect any personal data.
